The AITES team welcomes Deborah Owens, AITES Tennessee Trainer/Consultant

Deborah joins the AITES team with 31 years of experience in public education. Her assignments included Visiting Teacher/School Social Work, Special Education Teacher, Drug Education Coordinator, and most recently Special Education and Homebound Instruction Coordinator for Buchanan County Public Schools.  She earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Emory and Henry College and a master of arts in education in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech.
