AITES @ Raleigh County Community Action Association, Inc. Meeting

On May 3, 2013, Deborah Owens was the guest speaker at the Raleigh County Community Action Association, Inc. (RCCAA) quarterly meeting at the National Mine Health and Safety Raleigh Academy in Beaver, West Virginia.   There were 122 participants including employees from Head Start, Action
